The dampness of the towel, if not dried properly. produces a stink because bacteria multiplies in that conditions. Also to keep the towels fresh and clean it is advisable to use wash towels or use towels which are properly dried in direct sunlight!





However even towels that are dried have to be washed once in a while preferably with a disinfectant.
BECAUSE ITS NASTY IF YOU DON'T. THINK ABOUT ALL THE GERMS THAT TOWEL WILL COLLECT. AND THE SKIN THAT WILL BE ALL FLAKY. AND THE WORST MILDEW, AND SMELLS. GROSS. HOWEVER I DON'T WASH MINE UNTIL THE SECOND TIME I USE IT. JUST MAKE SURE YOU HANG YOUR TOWEL PROPERLY NOT TOUCHING ANYONE ELSE'S TOWEL AND THAT IT DOESN'T HIT THE FLOOR. SHOOT YOU MIGHT WANT TO TRY MAYBE USING A HAIR DRYER TO TRY THE TOWEL THAT WAY AT LEAST NO MILDEW WILL SET IN
