Praying is a way of having a one on one connection with Allah(swt) it's like having a conversation with your Creator on a daily basis but praying salat is so we won't forget our mission in this world and that Allah(swt) won't forget about us. Praying is also the cure for depression.Is praying a way of washing your sins of the day clean?
no...praying is the way of asking forgiveness of the sins u committed during the day... as well as to establish a personal relationship with ur god ...trust %26amp; honesty...that sort of thing
